Brimbank Yarns Exhibition Opening Postponed
To our Members, Friends, Supporters, Subscribers and Followers
Due to health concerns regarding the spread of the Corona Virus (COVID 19) at public gatherings we wish to advise you that the opening celebration of the ‘Brimbank Yarns’ exhibition, scheduled for Thursday 19th March, has been cancelled.
However, the exhibition display at the Artspace Gallery will still be accessible to the public for viewing from March 20th 2020.
The Gallery opening hours are;
Thursday to Sunday 10 – 3pm (or by appointment).
Given the changing circumstances around issues of the the virus it is advised that you contact us by email or phone prior to your planned visit.
Whilst we are greatly disappointed to have cancelled this much anticipated event, it is envisaged that a alternative opening will take place in due course.
We will keep everyone up to date.

Screenprint with Nicola Cerini this weekend 18th January 2020
Two workshops sessions are open this coming weekend, 18th January 2020 with Nicola Cerini
Date: Saturday, 18th January 2020
Venue: Sunshine Print Artspace, 29 Western Ave, Sunshine VIC 3020
Cost: $95 includes either morning or afternoon tea.
Immerse yourself in an afternoon of learning and experimenting with a simple and effective screen printing technique using cut-paper stencils. In this class, Nicola will teach the basics of screen printing on fabric and give you the skills and knowledge to set up your own fabric printing studio.
All materials are provided but if you have some special fabric you’d like to print on, feel free to bring it along. No experience is necessary. Suitable for age 14 and over.
*Please note, the screen printing studio is on the mezzanine level of the Sunshine Print Artspace. Please contact us if you would like to do the class and are unable to use the stairs.
