Thursday 2 April 6.30pm-9pm
The darkroom is a fundamental part of print media that uses light-sensitive processes. Participants will be introduced to safe working practices using light-sensitive materials and be given the opportunity to the coat of a silkscreen using photo emulsion, expose a silkscreen using the UV exposure unit and then wash out a silkscreen in preparation for printing.
This evening will be of great benefit to those printmakers who want to further explore screen printing in follow up workshops.
